Terms and Conditions
Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking to ensure you receive the highest quality service and understand the guidelines related to your appointment.
CONSULTATIONS AND PATCH TESTS
All Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) procedures require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to the treatment. New clients must also undergo a patch test for Brow Lamination and Tinting 24-48 hours before their appointment. This is essential even if you have had patch tests with other artists, for insurance purposes.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure all appointment slots due to high demand. You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled time without forfeiting your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if you reschedule within the 72-hour window. Cancellations with more than 7 days' notice will result in a refunded deposit. However, cancellations within 7 days will result in a non-refundable deposit.
LATE ARRIVAL
Appointments will not be extended for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to rebook your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
RESCHEDULING
To reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 72 hours will result in a forfeited deposit and a new deposit will be needed for a new booking. You are allowed one reschedule with your initial deposit if done more than 72 hours in advance; further rescheduling will require additional non-refundable deposits.
NO GUESTS
For health and safety reasons, please attend your appointment alone. No guests are permitted during the procedure.
FOLLOW-UPS
Additional charges apply for touch-up sessions scheduled beyond 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure.
RESULTS
Healed results vary by individual. At least two sessions are recommended, with additional touch-ups as necessary. These procedures are designed to enhance features, not replace makeup. Clients must understand and accept the risks and uncertainties associated with cosmetic tattooing before booking. If uncertainty or impulsiveness is evident at the appointment, the service may be refused and the deposit forfeited.
